Gasser Property Management was established in 1993 in Nashville, Tennessee. We are a family owned business with other associates that we consider family. We have the philosophy “We are family treating customers like family.” We sincerely strive to help create and maintain better communities.

Gasser Property Management specializes in the management of condominium and homeowner associations. We have four property managers and four administrative associates. The professional credentials of our company include: Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Real Estate Affiliate Broker, On staff Attorney and Certified Property Managers through the Community Association Institute.

We manage properties in Davidson, Williamson, Wilson and Rutherford Counties of Middle Tennessee.
